Please note that the hotel needs credit card details to guarantee the reservation in case of late cancellation or the customer not showing up. The hotel may charge the card for validity or liquidity.

Does the hotel request deposits or advance payments?

Please note that payment is usually due directly at the hotel.

Can I pay for my stay in advance?

We accept prepayments. Please contact the hotel to arrange this.

Can I pay for the hotel stay with a different credit card than the one I used to make the reservation?

Yes, you can pay for your stay with any visa or mastercard card or also in cash.

What security system do we use to protect your data?

We receive your credit card details through a secure server. We use the latest technologies to encrypt your data and those on your card. The encryption method is Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Our SSL certificate has been issued by Thawte.

We remind you that the hotel reserves the right to check the validity and liquidity of the card. In case of cancellation of the reservation after the deadline (48 hours before the day of arrival) or if it does not show up, the hotel will check in the first night to this card as a No-Show.
